Job Summary

  • Responsible for coordinating delivery of offshore training and competency products and services aligned with Subsea7's organizational strategy and guidelines.
  • Supports training management by identifying capacity-building needs based on project scopes to ensure continuous team development focused on productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Maintains updated knowledge of trends, methodologies, and best practices in Training and Development to enhance effectiveness of training actions.
