Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and technology partners to shape science-based, fair, legally compliant, and globally scalable talent selection assessment practices.
Advise and influence without authority on new selection assessment technologies using AI, understanding implications of technology decisions and impacts to compliance with relevant regulations.
