  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and technology partners to shape science-based, fair, legally compliant, and globally scalable talent selection assessment practices.
  • Advise and influence without authority on new selection assessment technologies using AI, understanding implications of technology decisions and impacts to compliance with relevant regulations.
