Job Summary
The Associate Sales Lead oversees a team of 5–8 Associate Sales Representatives (ASRs), providing daily direction, reinforcing sales processes, and ensuring high‑quality customer engagement.
The role coordinates project, client, and internal support activities through ASR resources and partners closely with Regional Sales Directors, strategic accounts, and executive leadership.
