Job Summary

  • The Personal Lines Department Manager will manage the Personal Lines department, with Asset (Client/Account and Employee) Growth and Retention being two of the most important measurements.
  • Ensures that all Account Managers are providing strategic support and direction to HUB clients including but not limited to short and long-term planning and overall consulting strategy and approach.
