Job Summary

  • The MEAL Manager will strengthen MEAL efforts, approaches, and systems to foster learning and accountability for our clients, supporting IRC's global and measurement ambitions.
  • The position oversees data management including data collection tools, database systems, and data visualization, and supports the strengthening of client responsiveness systems across Thailand programs.
  • The MEAL Manager will coordinate, lead, mentor, and support the Data Officer and other MEAL staff, fostering timely and high-quality achievement and an inclusive and respectful team climate.
