The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program in accordance with regulatory standards.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities while ensuring good communication among employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
The position requires assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, maintaining records, and supporting discharge planning and resident assessments.
