Job Summary
Stevenson School is a mission-driven PK-12 co-educational, college-preparatory boarding and day school committed to safety, trust, respect, belonging, and inclusion.
The Controller will provide strategic and operational leadership over the school’s fiscal management, including GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, audit compliance, and supervising the Assistant Controller.
The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 plus a substantial benefits package including retirement contributions, medical, vision, dental plans, professional development support, fuel and housing stipends, and daily meals during school sessions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA or CPA preferred
5 to 10+ years accounting experience in not-for-profit sector
Experience in independent school environment preferred
Deep understanding of GAAP accounting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
