Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BSL-1 and BSL-2 laboratory experience
Biosafety program development and deployment
Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) support
Risk assessment and exposure control planning
Laboratory safety audit and gap analysis
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and influencing skills
Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments
Ability to build multi-year roadmaps and KPIs
Consulting experience with proposal development
Mentoring and team leadership capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biosafety, Microbiology, Biology, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
4+ years of EHS experience with biosafety leadership in BSL-1/2 labs
Strong preference for BSL-3 program oversight experience
2+ years of consulting or client-facing experience preferred
