Leidos is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to support its DOMEX Technology Platform contract, primarily focused on cybersecurity in both cloud and on-premise environments. The role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills

Job Summary

  • Provide technical security expertise in cloud and on-premises infrastructure, employing effective security solutions and leveraging experience with security technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with ISSOs, ISSMs, software engineers, system engineers, and Government counterparts to perform systems and cyber security engineering tasks ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Expand capabilities in security and gain skills for additional levels of DoD 8570 IAT and IASAE Certifications while working on a state-of-the-art technology stack.

Key Requirements

  • BS degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Poly
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification
  • 1 year experience with security documentation
  • Experience configuring and analyzing vulnerability scans
  • Experience with XACTA, EMass, or similar tool
  • Experience with NIST Special Publications
  • Experience with CNSS publication CNSSI 1253
  • Experience with incident response plans
  • Experience establishing SSE management process
