Job Summary

  • You will manage and develop the L&D Coordination team, which will be based across Warsaw and London, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality learning interventions that support the firm’s global business priorities.
  • As Learning & Development Team Lead, you will lead and develop the L&D Co-ordination team (7 FTEs), ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with agreed SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Team Leader / Manager
  • Experience in professional services team is highly desired
  • Strong track record in leading and developing team members
  • Technical knowledge across the full learning lifecycle
  • Skilled in building and maintaining positive team relationships
  • Confident in monitoring team performance and effectiveness
  • Handle escalations in a calm, structured way
  • Track record of driving continuous process improvement
  • Confident using English (C1/C2)
  • Solid experience using learning management systems (LMS)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good command of Excel and analytical skills
  • Work effectively and collaboratively across geographies
  • University degree (degree-level education)
