Work in partnership with Managing Director, Regional Sales, Central Canada, to develop and execute the regional sales plan and lead 12 territories with direct reports.

Salary
Base: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Potential for discretionary variable compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards Program including flexible benefits

Key Requirements
Proven track record of sales and/or sales leadership
Experience with CIRO dealer partners
Experience in coaching and leading high performing teams
Technical knowledge of capital markets
Deep understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, and Separately Managed Accounts
