  • Responsibilities include driving deep Customer Service Management expertise to engineer high-scale case, SLA, knowledge, and omnichannel support workflows, and designing and building robust solutions across CSM, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Workspaces, portals, and event-driven automations.
