Job Summary

  • This role is designed to transform a traditional buying organization into a strategic sourcing function that supports rapid growth and product innovation.
  • The successful candidate will build structure out of ambiguity, establish visibility across inventory and suppliers, and shift the team from reactive to proactive sourcing.
  • You will partner with Legal to develop contracts, ensure compliance, and coach category leads to act as owners of their respective categories.
