Job Summary
As the Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Wilson’s global compensation and benefits programs.
You will serve as a primary Workday HCM administrator, manage global benefits broker relationships, and lead annual benefits renewal negotiations across multiple regions.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years compensation and benefits experience
Direct compensation and benefits administration experience
Hands-on Workday HCM experience required
Experience with Payscale or similar benchmarking tools
Experience managing global benefits broker relationships
