As the Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Wilson’s global compensation and benefits programs

Job Summary

  • As the Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Wilson’s global compensation and benefits programs.
  • You will serve as a primary Workday HCM administrator, manage global benefits broker relationships, and lead annual benefits renewal negotiations across multiple regions.
  • Wilson offers bonus/commission programs, a competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, employee wellness program, life and disability coverage, and unlimited PTO.

  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance
  • Advanced Excel skills
