Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the data, reporting, and analytics function within the Working Capital Solutions (WCS) domain, responsible for shaping the overall reporting and analytics strategy and delivering scalable technical solutions.
• The role requires hands-on experience with industry-standard reporting and analytics tools, data warehousing concepts, and visualization frameworks, along with the ability to independently drive discussions with upstream source systems and downstream consumer platforms.
• The typical base pay range for this role is between $140K - $205K, and the role may also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation, along with a competitive benefits package.

• 8+ years of work experience in technology within banking/financial services/fintech
• 8+ years of experience designing data models and structures
• 8+ years of application development experience on data platforms
• Previous experience in regulated industry and matrixed organization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
