Job Summary
The Production Head of Department is responsible for achieving company business goals related to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, and Cost within the assigned operational department.
This role requires partnering closely with Korean expatriate leadership and maintaining positive collaboration across multiple departments including Quality, Human Resources, and Environmental Health and Safety.
The position may require occasional domestic or foreign travel, flexibility in working hours including weekends and holidays, and on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
