The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
This position comes with a $2000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, and direct nursing care.
