Job Summary
Contribute to definition and execution of infrastructure strategies and platform roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies and evaluating new platform capabilities.
Provide direct people leadership to infrastructure engineering teams across Network, Server/cloud, M365 collaboration, and Endpoint platforms.
Own day-to-day infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance, leading operational response for incidents and escalations.
