Job Summary

  • Lead commercial activities in the Growth accounts across the assigned region, including maintaining close customer connects and leading a team of account managers.
  • Devise and maintain routine prospecting, track customer deliveries, escalate issues, and satisfy customer needs while proactively closing pending tasks with stakeholders.
  • Publish and maintain dashboards for key commercial parameters, conduct data analytics of major accounts, generate insights, and create/activate strategy for Major accounts leveraging DBS and implementing VMDMs.
