Job Summary

  • As a Senior Recruitment Associate, you will work in the Human Resources (HR) team to drive recruitment initiatives that align recruitment needs with our strategy and support the achievement of our business strategy.
  • Your main responsibilities include coordinating and executing local and overseas recruitment campaigns, maintaining an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities, and identifying suitable recruitment channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational skills, exhibit a strong client service attitude and have the ability to think logically and work independently.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of database
  • Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined
