Job Summary

• Assist with process improvement and incident investigation activities in connection with the Gas Business Unit, working with project team members and subject matter experts.
• Develop knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes, participating in committees focused on compliance and process safety.
• Perform, lead, and coordinate incident investigations, monitor hazard identification and near miss programs, and provide Process Safety Management (PSM) support to Gas Operations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years utility or related industry experience
• Process Improvement Project Management experience preferred
• Compliance and Risk Management experience preferred
• Understanding of Federal and state (CT and MA) compliance requirements
