  • The engineer will independently identify process gaps, develop transformation plans, and manage CI projects to achieve tangible improvements in key business metrics.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • 3 years warehousing or manufacturing experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills including Access Excel
  • Lean tools and continuous improvement methods
  • Data analysis and statistical analysis capabilities

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of PowerBI Tableau data visualization
  • Experience with SQL DAX database programming
  • Familiarity with CAD slotting and automation tools
  • Understanding of warehouse management systems
  • Lean Six Sigma or APICS certifications preferred

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
  • Master's degree with one year related experience
  • Three years minimum experience in Warehousing or Transportation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
