Job Summary
The Production & Development Manager is responsible for the end-to-end process of gifting and packaging, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet brand standards, cost objectives, and sustainability goals.
This role combines supplier management and research, product development as well as operational tasks linked to production projects such as transportation coordination.
The position works closely with the Paris HQ team and the profile has strong technical knowledge, design affinity, organizational skills and a developed supplier network for high quality production.

Solid understanding of materials, finishing techniques, and quality assurance standards
Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities
