  • Manage the global relationship of a portfolio of 4-6 clients, ensuring delivery against their strategic and tactical goals for benefits regionally or globally.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of GBM appointments and maintain client satisfaction, ensuring key activities are completed and internal / external parties are aligned.
