Manage the buying process for a given set of goods, applying sourcing policy and interfacing between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
Place and follow-up on Purchase Orders, manage supplier relationships for PO execution, handle problems and schedule changes, and update the ERP system.
This role requires broadening knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy, with a basic understanding of key business drivers.
