Job Summary
The Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Occupational Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.
Essential duties include treating patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes, and assisting the nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
The role requires the ability to relate positively and effectively with patients, families, staff, and professional colleagues.
