This role requires acting as the primary HRIS subject matter expert for time tracking and absence requirements while translating business needs into system configurations.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills to build reports and dashboards using UKG Pro Reporting, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business or equivalent
