Base: $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Paid Vacation up to 15 days
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years engineering experience with microgrids
DER integration and BESS applications expertise
Xendee or similar analysis tool proficiency
Nice-to-have
Strong technical writing and custom simulation skills
Federal facility engineering experience
Ability to obtain federal security clearance
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Graduate degree in engineering or business preferred
