Key Requirements

  • Medical Doctor board eligible or certified in Nephrology
  • Five years clinical research/drug development experience
  • Five years clinical practice with at least 2 years renal diseases
  • Experience designing and implementing large global clinical trials
  • Ability to work within Lilly's governance structure
  • U.S. or equivalent medical training and certification
  • Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills
