Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role requires performing routine maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as grounds upkeep including cutting, trimming, and sweeping.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.
