Job Summary

  • You are responsible for the Customer Success activities of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of satisfaction, quality, and revenue objectives.
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients regarding data and IQVIA Business Intelligence tools, providing training and assistance to ensure optimal usage and experience.
  • You will collaborate with all departments to resolve client issues, develop action plans, and act as the voice of the client for innovation discussions.
