Job Summary
You are responsible for the Customer Success activities of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of satisfaction, quality, and revenue objectives.
You will be the first point of contact for clients regarding data and IQVIA Business Intelligence tools, providing training and assistance to ensure optimal usage and experience.
You will collaborate with all departments to resolve client issues, develop action plans, and act as the voice of the client for innovation discussions.
