Base: $88,000 - $132,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase plan, and more

Strong communication and coaching skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years campus or diversity recruiting experience
Ability to travel up to 40%
