The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
