  • Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution, collaborating with teams across the bank to align operational processes.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency, while identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Provide operational and project delivery support to Corporate Banking, Private Banking, and Investment Banking teams, driving automation initiatives and ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
