Job Summary
The Treatment Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care related to skin care, wound care, and treatments while ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care.
This role requires working with an Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop comprehensive assessments and care plans for assigned residents in accordance with federal regulations.
Candidates must maintain confidentiality of all resident protected health information and report any suspected violations or safety concerns immediately.
