You will participate in dispute resolution at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) workers insurance stream to pro-actively assist in the management and, where possible early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised

Job Summary

  • You will participate in dispute resolution at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) workers insurance stream to pro-actively assist in the management and, where possible early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised.
  • Attend the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) as EML’s representative for in person and MS Teams litigation events for statutory and work injury damages matters.
