Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent experience
7+ years' experience in product development
Proven leadership of complex projects and teams
Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD (NX preferred)
Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter)
Strong capability in prototyping, test design, data analysis
Solid grounding in manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA
