This transitional role is designed for nursing students enrolled in an accredited school of nursing who wish to pursue an RN position with SSM Health upon graduation.
The extern will assist licensed nurses by performing tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and monitoring patient conditions.
