The Regional Merchandise Manager supports the regional merchandising direction for Altra footwear across Wholesale and DTC (Retail + eCommerce).
You will use consumer, marketplace, and performance insights to help shape seasonal assortment priorities.
You’ll partner with Global Merchandising/Product, Sales, Planning, Marketing, and DTC teams to support line reviews, GTM readiness, and clear product storytelling—helping bring the right product to market at the right time.

Key Requirements
4-7 years of experience in merchandising, buying, category management, or assortment-related roles
Footwear experience in performance categories
Familiarity with key accounts/specialty
Exposure to GTM calendars, line reviews, and product briefs
