Job Summary
Plan and perform care gap advanced analytics and segment HCPs and KOLs using real world data sources as input.
Provide mentorship & coaching to Data Scientists & Data Engineering and leverage cross-team collaboration to develop and disseminate analytical best-practices.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00, eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% and eligibility for long term incentive program.

Key Requirements
8+ years experience with Bachelors
7+ years experience with Masters
5+ years experience with PHD
Degree in Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Clinical Informatics or similar
Relevant certification &/or work experience in data engineering
