Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, hair combing, and dressing, while maintaining a warm and positive environment.
