The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet events, receiving information from the Management team to ensure events are properly set up.
Responsibilities include assisting with clearing of china, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and props, as well as attending to guest needs and requests in Food & Beverage areas.
This role requires open availability and flexibility for early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts to support 24/7 operational business needs.
