The primary purpose is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
The role involves participating in discharge planning, developing activity care plans, and assisting the Quality Assurance Committee with corrective action plans.
Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and maintain a clean, orderly, and secured activity department.
