Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a Principal Paralegal who can keep pace with an exciting business area, partner closely with our Legal Director and broader Medical Surgical Legal team, and become a trusted go‑to resource for teams who rely on timely, practical, and well‑grounded legal support.
  • The role requires a high level of responsiveness to business stakeholders in a large, dynamic and fast-paced environment and involves frequent contact with business personnel in a variety of functions to gather information, clarify objectives, and assess compliance with company policies.
  • In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
