Job Summary
This position requires coordination and assistance with all departments of the DCU Center and ensures that all operations of Food and Beverage are working in an effective and timely manner.
Oversees food and beverage operations during events to ensure client satisfaction and assists the food & Beverage Department in maintaining a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
Based on Event Schedule, position will supervise all part-time food and beverage employees to ensure all those positions are providing the services required in a safe and timely fashion.
