CrowdStrike is seeking a Director of HR Compliance & Immigration to lead their global compliance framework, immigration strategy, and statutory pay equity reporting. The ideal candidate should possess extensive HR experience, particularly in global employment compliance, pay equity, and immigration programs, and will work collaboratively across various departments to ensure compliance and support business growth

Job Summary

  • The Director of HR Compliance & Immigration is responsible for leading our global HR compliance framework, immigration strategy, global mobility programs, and statutory pay equity reporting obligations.
  • This role ensures compliance with international labor laws with respect to immigration regulations, mobility requirements, and global pay transparency and equity mandates — while designing scalable, future-ready programs that enable business growth and global expansion.
  • The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $155,000 - $240,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Significant experience in Global employment compliance
  • Significant experience in Pay equity and statutory reporting
  • Significant experience in Immigration and mobility programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing global pay reporting requirements
  • Experience in a multinational, high-growth, or publicly traded organization
