Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on order fulfillment, FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) pallet preparation, and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) shipment processing.
Lead, train, and direct warehouse staff responsible for picking, packing, and shipping marketplace orders and set daily priorities to ensure team alignment with order volume and shipment deadlines.
Partner with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure proper stock levels for fulfillment and FBA/WFS shipments and conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
