This position serves as an internal consultant leading process improvement initiatives across the mission areas of the Cancer Program and OSUWMC.
The candidate must demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, change management capabilities, and advanced data analytic skills to implement diverse projects ranging from rapid cycles to DMAIC initiatives.
Projects entail traveling throughout the James and Ohio State University Medical Complex, with flexible hours including early morning or night shift observations.
