Job Summary
The position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of personnel and functions for the daily activities engaged in the operation and maintenance of Hospital physical plant facilities and equipment.
This role manages construction activities, special projects, and assignments while ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards, city, state, and federal building codes.
The incumbent will monitor and develop the Engineering Department's annual operational and inventory budgets of $5+ million and manage a capital budget of approximately $1 to $5 million.
