Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial accounts, providing excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with insurance companies to process and maintain new and renewal business, including quotes, installations, cancellations, audits, and endorsements.
